Originally from California and a proud U.S. Army veteran, Nate served five years as a military police officer before transitioning into civilian life. While attending college, he worked in various security roles but ultimately found his passion in dog training. Inspired by the bond he shares with his two dogs Finley and Rory (both St. Bernard/Poodle mixes), Nate saw an opportunity to turn his love for animals into a career focused on helping others build trust and communication with their canine companions.

Now part of the Sit Means Sit team, Nate is passionate about bringing structure, balance, and confidence to the lives of the dogs and families he works with. He believes in a calm, focused approach to training that reflects the same loyalty and care he brings to his own home life.

When he’s not training, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and their two pups, exploring the outdoors, and building a life rooted in family, purpose, and growth.
